Dear RTT Subscribers
John Lambert has just circulated on RTT a (rather large) Austroads
report on PROPOSED mass enforcement tolerances and sanction breakpoints.
I am the author of that report and the project is still "active" so
comments are welcome. You can either let others on RTT see your comments
by clicking on REPLY or send email directly to me at
mailto:[log in to unmask]
I should have thought about publicizing the report on RTT myself -
thanks John!

Michael Paine

Virus Alert - 13 May 2002
A colleague has advised me that he received a virus-infected email that
showed me as the sender. I do not have an infection and the email did
not originate from my PC.
This is probably an Outlook worm virus such as W32/Klez.H@mm that
looks up the infected PCs Outlook address book and randomly
assigns both a sender and recipient. See
http://www.commandsoftware.com/virus/klez.html

Be wary of all email attachments, even if you think
you know who the email comes from.
