should get a vote? (That's when I stepped in and said it was a job for
the elected council.)
On the BA, my copy of "the Banter" arrived today. Peter Briggs reports
that he is gathering material "to make sure there is a reasonable record
of the last [hope not, ed] 22 years for any future historians".
The maniac, sorry Peter, has even asked people to send him their input
at his email address.
Let the torrent begin.
I can remember the bad old says when the "press office" at the annual
"festival" was a handful of people huddled around a single telephone.
Now the hacks don't even have to leave the comfort of their own hell
hole to report on the event.
