Hi All
The GP that had been working here as an OHP for some 20 odd years retired
at the end of August and despite numourous promises the company has yet to
replace him. I have been unable to order or prescibe any POM's etc. during
this time and have refused to get involved in deciding fitness to work in
anything that is not streight forward but I was wondering what the actual
legal requirements/constraints are regarding my practice as OHN and the
company to provide OHP cover???
