Given that we have not established a duty of care with the
PRE-employment candidate, we shred our unremarkable health declarations
when they get to six months old. Although we DO retain declarations
that an OH professional has made a judgement on in terms of
suitability, requirement for further assessment etc...
Does the list think however that this may not apply if health screening
occurs POST-job offer, my concern being that an employer/employee duty
of care is being established by the contract.
