Dear all
I am an Occupational Health adviser with British Gas (BG). I would very
much appreciate your help and advice with a current project of mine.
To ensure we are giving the best OH service to our customers in BG - from
Gas engineers to senior management, I am attempting to compile a customer
satisfaction survey/questionnaire to be sent out to various employees
throughout the business who have used our service.
I am hoping to obtain both qualitative and quantitative data feedback. With
this data our team can improve on our weaknesses and continue to develop our
strengths.
I wonder if anyone has designed such a tool which they have successfully
implemented to audit their service, to ensure they are meeting the employee
and the business needs?
If so I'd be grateful for your help.
