Have you checked out MIDIRS searches via http://www.midirs.org/ and also the
RCOG Induction of Labour Guideline (warts and all) which you can download
from http://www.rcog.org.uk/guidelines.asp?PageID=108&GuidelineID=37 for
free but it is a rather large file. Both these sites will give you loads of
references but if doing an extensive review you would also need to do the
standard CINAHL and MEDLINE searches
