Great sentence - 'The requirement for evidence... etc' - I've printed it off
to learn it by heart. Such an important principle and another debate to be
had as to what constitutes an intervention e.g. Tricia Anderson's bit in
Midirs saying talking during the 2nd stage maybe one and also a debate
around what is 'physiology' as we are realising we have to re-examine labour
physiology in a birth friendly environment.
