OK, maybe not well in advance, but they must be circulated to Council members beforehand (or do you pick them up on the day) so there's no reason why members shouldn't be able to see them on the web site simultaneously....or is there? I can understand (working as I do for a Royal College) that there may occasionally be matters that have to be discussed in camera, but as the meetings are open to any CILIP member, why shouldn't the documentation be up on the site? If we don't want non-members to see it (though I can't see why we would be worried about that) then they could go on a members-only section of the site.
