Thank you for recognising the value and purpose of a list and reinstating
all submissions to the list. It is easy enough to delete out of office
replies and other discussions in which I have limited interest, though I
appreciate knowing about what is being discussed. I think it would be a good
idea to have a CILIP email news bulletin, as long as it was not too long or
wordy. Short and frequent (weekly?)would be best. It would be helpful to
include links to relevant internet sites and documents of interest, which
may also stimulate discussion on the list.

Of those few comments received, the greater number appear to prefer to see
all submissions coming back to the list as a whole, so I've re-instated the
original arrangement.
For anyone whose interested, there are currently about 350 subscribers to
the list - out of 24,000 members of CILIP! Tell your friends about the list
- but also put some good content on it.
The Publisher's Association sends it members a weekly email news bulletin.
Is that what you want to see CILIP producing?
