Dear Hugh
I can't open the PDFs directly from within Internet Explorer, instead I
have to save the file and open it from within Acrobat. However, I can open
the PDFs directly from within Netscape.
I suspect that the problem I'm having with IE is a local configuration
problem rather than a problem with The Lancet site.
