It may not be the most appropriate forum, but there's nothing in the
JISCMail Acceptable Use Policy or anywhere else to say they can't. Perhaps
a PCS representative would like to give their side of the argument?

Agreed. BL is the backbone of the information industry in this country and
the management should not use this forum to put their point of view across.
They had enough coverage on the television and radio.
