Sites are reminded that tomorrow is the deadline for commitment to the
five month extension for this agreement. There is currently a shortfall
in the numbers required for the extension to proceed and CHEST would
urge those institutions who have yet to respond, to do so without delay
(e-mail completion of the commitment form at
http://www.chest.ac.uk/datasets/bei-eric/commitment.rtf will suffice,
followed by paper copy and purchase order in due course).
If your institution is NOT committing to the extension it would be
helpful if this information could be e-mailed in order that CHEST does
not continue to press you for a response.
