Project aim was to create CITY BASE map for BANGALORE Citi
( 100SqKms) (Muktasar Rural 45 SqKms)
Indore(90SqKms)Jaipur(107.5SqKms)andMangolre( 70SqKms) using Aerial
Triangulatedscannedrasterimages of Aerial Photos. Along with Aerial
Photographs the otherinformationprovided was camera file, ground control

point. Therasterimagesare read usingDigital Photogrammetry
software-DIGITAL
VIDEOPLOTTER(DVP 4.5&5.245Ver)Orientations are done to get the image
geo-referenced. Once the imagesaregeo-referenced the photos (images) are

seen in 3D. Using 3D viewinginstruments, the data is vectorized for 120
different attributes accordingtothespecifications given by the client.
The
types of data are Arc,polygon andpoint.This data is then exported to DXF

format using TIN Moduleto acilitateeditingand processing in Autocad/Map
platform for
databasepreparation.
Thefinaldeliverables arethe vector, polygon & point data
file with correspondingsymbologies both soft copy and hard copies
mosiced
