Hi!
It seems that when using FSL functions from MEDx menu the intermediate
results are stored in /tmp. Setting the MEDx pagefile directory does not
influence this. On our system /tmp is 180931 kB and is now frequently filled
up to 100% by FSL output files. Rendering stats image on high resolution
images, for example, creates large temporary files. It seems to be so that
the intermaediate results are not cleaned automatically from /tmp.
Is there a way to set another directory for storing intermediate results
when using FSL from MEDx? What is the recommended way to clean the garbage?
