Analyze format doesn't have official support for colour LUTs. You can get
the right colouring either in MEDx using the FSL menu, or, if you don't
have that, can use the FSL programs slices / slicer to see the data
(slicer lets you convert analyze images including colour ones to GIFs,
with any slicings, and slices is a script which does default slicings and
displays them). finally, there is a windows display program which
understands our colour LUT information:
