Strangest thing.
I changed the email address in the Primary Contact field, lo and
behold, it now shows in "Contact Sys Admin" cell. Changed it back to
the original email address and that address shows as desired.
Gremlins at work.
best,
Arthur

Checked it out here, and the link from the Control Panel
points to the correct mailto: email address (i.e. the @hud.ac.uk one).
We're using Bb 5.5.1 Level 2 - perhaps this is a Level 1 issue ? or a
Bb 5.6
issue (but if memory serves, Arthur is still on 5.5.1) ???
Sure that doesn't solve the problem, but at least it does appear to do
what
it should do in some installations, if not in all of them.

Kate/Justine,
Had that in place and thought it was ok until Justine asked the
question.
Checked it out and no it is not working.
Steps for a hint would be gratefully accepted.

Hi,
this is a puzzling one. we are using blackboard 5.6 and everything is
working OK, except the 'Contact Sys Admin' link on the Control Panel
page of
a Course on which you are an instructor, does not give the blackboard
administrators e-mail address. It gives [log in to unmask]
as
the
recipient. You can change this when composing the e-mail, but it
should
give our admins mail. When you select to mail admin from anywhere
else
in
the system, it works fine and sends the mail to the correct address
with no
alterations.
Can anyone shed any light as to where this detail can be changed to
mail to
the correct address?
Thanks in advance
Justine Allen
