No, it's not possible to physically change Blackboard's code or add a
filter, however if it's eccential that you filter emails sent from
Blackboard then might I suggest setting up Blackboard to talk to a different
SMTP mail server and doing what you need to from the messages coming in from
Blackboard.
Another option is give Instuctors another email tool should they need to
send blind copies.
On Windows, however, Blackboard doesn't use SendMail, but a windows
executable to send messages, which could be replaced with another program to
filter the messages as required.
