Vanessa, if you're looking from a student viewpoint, are you sure that the
course is available? This is the most common error. You can still see them
listed under email/catalog if you're enrolled but the course is unavailable.
Or in the properties, from sysadmin, of a course, check that on course
duration is set to continuous. When we went 5.01 > 5.5.1 for some reason
some courses lost that checkmark and caused me all sorts of angst because
they stopped appearing.

Hi All,
Wondering if you might be able to help me. One or two students are
enrolled in a course in blackboard, yet the "blue link" to this course is
not appearing under "My Courses" (courses you are participating in) in
the "My Institution" section.
Even though they are enrolled in the course and can access it through the
course catalog but the link is just not appearing on the my institution page
has anyone experienced this before?
We are currently running blackboard 5.5.0 - Build 129
Any help would be much appreciated.
