The Law School at Hull uses a standard structure for all our Blackboard
courses. That includes the colour and labels for the main sections, as
well as which order the sections are listed. Not used elsewhere in the
University to my knowledge. The staff actually requested I 'invent' this
standard so they didn't have to think about it - I thought it a bit
draconian. But it provides a consistent look and feel for students
studying more than one course using Bb. Anything that makes it easier for
students to find things (given the lack of a search facility) is worth a
go, IMO.
