Images I might be able to help on. We couldn't at first either but discovered our Java settings (Internet Explorer, Tools, Options) was set incorrectly (or incorrectly for 1901 census). Needs to be set at Java Console and unticked for Java JIT.

Are you kidding? We haven't even been able to access the images,
