This is a different kind of response - listening to a radio, reading a
street music mag (one of the references is to an Australian 'classic' -
sorry it won't completely translate).

Listening to Radio Miscellany
Just when it seems
to all turn out right
when Iım in a calm dip
between my skins
I hear chants about dogs
sunday papers and cheap drinks.
Itıs a doomy 80s voice
beautiful and corny
all those various artistsı
mellow and unjointed.
I have to breathe the smoky mix.
Got goose bumps for the crash party.
I want to scrape you out
grooves of dirty history.
Oh, Marx, let me repeat myself
but not quite.
I want to rasp you, air.
I want the plastic tongues, oh vinyl!
I want you to roll me
into every scrunch of feedback.
I want to be
that electric animal once more.
Almost with you
fooled again
taking the sea cruise
hunking out the jams.
Worlds falling apart
come together.
³I just want to see his face.²
