I just found out that when Saddam was on the US payroll he was Iraq's strong
man, now he is no longer on the payroll, he is Iraq's tyrant. This and
many, many, many other acts of incoherence by the US makes their rhetoric
questionable at the very least, but it is probable when Bush says 'Saddam
must be stopped from blackmailing the world' he's really talking about
himself....
