I wasn't aware of the absence at the helm.
I don't think that market forces explain the decline. I can tell you, as I
was there, that after a series of flame wars conducted largely by Americans
most of the older members left, and with them most of what was interesting,
at least for me.
It's a shame--it was a very good list.
