***In certain circumstances, you are quite write in what you said. HOwever,
scientific concepts do not necessarily have to be true... in fact, most
scientific concepts are hypotheses, attempting to explain what we see and
feel. Many time people will ask good questions to challenge the concept,
leading to a rethink or throwing out of the concept. I think this is how
science progress. But keep in mind that a particular concept is also open to
interpretation, and an individual's interpretation will differ from that of
another. It is like the story of four blind men trying to feel what an
elephant looks like.
