The dc:description in the eor schema states...
"The EOR vocabulary is a simple vocabulary intended to support the EOR
Toolkit..."
...so I guess the real question is: "Is a schema (and namespace) that has
been developed for one particular toolkit an appropriate schema to
recommend for the definition/description of lots of RDF schemas and
application profiles?". How persisitent is the EOR toolkit? How
persistent are the namespaces and schemas associated with it? Is it
appropriate to tie oursleves to a schema associated with one toolkit, even
though we know that several toolkits might be used to create the schemas
we are dealing with and that EOR may not even be used for the central
registry?
