Paul
When the plane crash news came over the same channel MSNBC (have to stop
watching that at 9am) I was on the phone with Symantec about a problem with
my Nortons Anti Virus subscription well as I panicked he freaked out and
started to cry.
I had to calm down because this guy was really in bad shape. I asked so
calmly please tell me what is wrong, well he lost 6 friends in WTC collapse.
We talked about it I had to stop my own feelings and put them aside because
I was dealing with a horribly upset man. I told him where I lived that I was
nowhere near the towers or the crash site I am sure fighters are in the
airspace it is safe. Not like the last time. Well I managed to calm him then
he emailed me promptly with the fix.
This war is making me change my decision about tutoring and counseling
FORGET IT!!!!!
I think I will take that course in sonography at NYU freaking people
including myself but worse when you have to put your fears on hold for
another. I know I didn't have to this but Psi Chi the oath I took says I
must dedicate my life in service to the mind.
For my birthday this year my live in bought me the gold Psi Chi pin. The
longer this war goes on the more I want away from people. Also my neighbor
has booked a flight to England freaked out crying I am not going. I said to
her in the hallway you don't have to go if you feel it is not safe. Through
her tears she cried I will lose money I said it is only money.
Well until class tonight I am knitting this afternoon I have not knitted in
a while and I find I am getting my own respite for a change. The swim
planted the seed.
