RESEARCH ASSISTANT (POST NO: T053R) Fixed
Term for 8 months
Salary: £17,451 - £19,486
Applications are invited for the post of Research Assistant in the
Department of Psychology, to work on a qualitative study of
heterosexual men’s attitudes to sexual health and sexual health
provision in the West of Scotland. This duration of this post,
funded by Greater Glasgow Health Board, is eight months and
the starting date will be 1 January 2002 (or nearest date which is
mutually acceptable). Candidates will be expected to have a
good degree in the social sciences (e.g. psychology, sociology,
social anthropology). Excellent interpersonal skills, and the
ability to work independently and flexibly are also essential.
