Subject: Infraction Proceedings
Dear Colleagues,
I am trying to track down information on Infraction Proceedings.
All i know is that they are formal/informal proceeding for alleged breaches
of EC law, but ideally i need a more meaty definition or explanation of the
process.
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction? I am most grateful for
any help.
Many thanks
