I dont think anyone has made any comments about "dumb" GP's. My point was that in Australia it appears the T4/5 group while superfically similar was actually distinct from most GP attendances at a number of levels. Hence they were appropriately treated in ED, by ED staff. It wasnt a comment on the skills or otherwise of most GP's. That said while clearly you and a large number of GP's provide a comprehensive emergency service - the reality in my experience has been most dont - not an insult just an observation.
