Mae un o ddisgyblion blwyddyn 7 ysgol fy ngwraig wedi gofyn beth yw
'coasteering' yn Gymraeg.
Dyma ddisgrifiad un ganolfan antur yn Sir Benfro o 'coasteering':
Coasteering is our wacky combination of rock climbing, scrambling,
swimming and cliff jumping. After a briefing on safety and technique it's
time to head out for the wide blue yonder, working out the best route with
you team mates and dodging the waves as you go. When the going gets too
steep, it's time to jump and swim the short distance to the next easy
climbing. As you climb around the cliffs there are caves to explore and
wildlife to see.
Ond beth ddwedwn ni wrth y crwt bach?
