We may have to do 2 elements a week, since I don't want it to take 15
weeks! Maybe one easy and one hard (although it's really 13 elements since
CCP will be done as one).
I do think it best to continue to work in this small group (what Stu has
called the "drafting committee") so that we can have focused discussions
and accomplish the work as quickly as possible. After we have a firm
proposal then we'll open up comments to the larger DC-Libraries WG. Does
that sound like a good strategy?
