I read in the papers and on the BBC News website Mr Milburn telling the great
British Public that
"emergency services and "frontline" doctors had been issued with new bioterror
guidelines."
I tried to find out what form these guidelines take as I did not seem to have
received anything from the DoH or NHSE.
Then I found that issuing takes the form of publishing in that well known
journal "Communicable Disease Review".
Do any A&E doctors on the list subscribe to or get sent this journal and if so
do you read it?
Like Mark I have found the PHLS website and it is excellent but I do not think
that Mr Milburn can claim to have issued me with "guidelines on bioterror".
