Dear Jessica
Which version of Nvivo are you using? I have heard that there are problems
in saving backups with version 1.1. This has been sorted out with version
1.2. If you have 1.1 you can download the upgrade to 1.2 from
www.qsrinternational.com . Not sure if this is your problem
regards
Dan
