Select the entire folder (your project), copy, and then paste on another
directory anywhere you want to.

Subject: saving backup copies in NVivo
I am currently using NVivo to code semi-structured interviews, and I would
like to have 2 copies of the entire project saved on my hard drive--the one
I work with regularly and a backup. I have tried opening the project and
then picking "Save As" and savign the project again with a new name, but
this has not worked. I have also tried saving it to a floppy disk in this
way, which has also been unsuccessful. Basically, what happens is that
NVivo gives me the little "saving project" box but then the "save as" screen
never goes away and the project does not appear in whatever directory I
saved it to. What am I doing wrong? Does anybody have any suggestions?
Thanks!
Jessica Stahl
