Absolutely correct. Having worked in several units with ENP services in
various stages of development, I am confident that senior medical input
and support will always be underpinning the good work that these folks
do and that it will be a sound mutual arrangement.
I have seen nothing to fear from the document (over and above my natural
suspicion of Bliar and his toadying apologists)
