The Panic and Anxiety Workbook the homework involved iniatially helps you
locate the trigger signs then lets you find a way to divert them. It is
very important to get the signs they don't come out of the blue. They are
based on to use the old saying "people, places,and things". Once a person
knows those items then the diversion tactic can be suscessfully used.
