Dear List members,
To fulfil an academic committment I am looking for cases where certain
regulations and/or laws has acted/still acting as barriers to develop
synergistic transactions between/among companies. My intention to get
different examples from different parts of the world, and the more specific
the requirements of the regulation/law that acts as a barrier, and the
attributes of the blocked synergy, the better... if by any chance you
happen to know that a regulation/law, targeting the same area in a
different part of the world is more supportive for the synergy in hand to
develop, exists that information will also be very useful...
Looking forward to receiving your input...
Many thanks in advance for your interest and help...
Regards,
Murat.
