Identify and communicate the value of pharmaceuticals
Health Economist Northern
Home Counties
Total Package Circa £45,000 - £70,000
Our client is a major blue chip pharmaceutical company with a broad range
of products in market, a strong pipeline and a proven record in training
and development of staff. With increased emphasis by customers on value
for money, the impact of economic evaluation is of increasing importance.
As a health economist your expertise will be used to deliver health
economic analyses and materials that influence national and local decision
makers and thereby create competitive advantage for the company’s products.
You will be a major contributor to the company’s submissions to NICE, and
will be committed to achieving successful outcomes. With colleagues in
marketing and in the international division, you will champion your
products in HE terms. Additionally you will represent the UK business on
HE issues in the wider international organisation.
You will have graduated in economics or life sciences and probably followed
this with a higher degree in Health Economics/Economics. You will have
worked for a pharmaceutical company in an HE role for at least 2 to 3
years. Qualified candidates hoping to break into Health Economics should
also apply.
If you are ready for a chance to manage the value arguments for major
products, please send your CV/contact Peter Fortune,
