I have a query about 'Exclusion Test 6 - Introduction of Pathways or
Receptors'.
The guidance is not clear (and I haven't yet found a meaningful reference in
the new handbook) so does this test exclude from liability the 'contaminated
land' land owner as a result of receptors being introduced on neighbouring
land? If yes, is the 'contaminated land' land owner then caught by escaping
substances (presuming they are escaping)?
Many thanks
Paul Morgan
