I agree that the pick-up rate for skull fractures in adults is ludicrously
low, and even worse in children. I also can accept that it may be CT or
nothing, but I dont agree that just because you see a fracture, it mandates
a CT. Surely (assuming no bleeding dyscrasias) you could observe many simple
fractures ?
