at Assistant Professor level beginning August 2002. Entry level preferred;
Ph.D. preferred, ABD considered. The Geography Department seeks a Human
Geographer, whose interests complement the strengths of our program, to
teach political geography in support of the Geography major and
International Relations Program, and to teach other undergraduate geography
courses based on the individual's interests and departmental needs.
Teaching may also include college wide interdisciplinary seminars for first
year or senior students. Bucknell is a predominantly undergraduate
institution of about 3250 students with a strong commitment to teaching,
research, and general education. Please send a letter of application with a
statement of teaching and research interests, curriculum vitae, and three
