The idea is that it automates timetabling, manages to
sort out/alert clashes, allocates reources, works out
not just staff or student timetables (and can
automatically update them via a designated website),
but can (apparently) produce staff workloads along
with costings (say for rooms). In theory, once the
material is inputted, management can find out (via the
web) who's doing what, where and when. Whether this
will apply to management is another matter.
