*** Don't forget to add "non-science" to that list. This term applies not
only to the something that is entirely unscientific, but also to scientific
things that are used unscientifically. That would include US, electrostim,
manual techniques and so forth. Of course, the good old placebo effect or
Procrustean distortion of research or clinical findings can ensure that even
some exemplary "non-science" can work or appear to work!
