A suggestion:
Go onto the Olympus website and review the D10. It is an SLR with fixed zoom lens and has a large mb capacity which you will need. Most important it has a true 4megs of image capture as opposed to
2megs or less with the point-&-shoot variety of digital cameras!
You can use it on a copystand or tripod set up etc. etc. Nor is it as expensive as the Nikon SLRs!
