It also has to be said that the measurement technique may have a significant
effect too.

Subject: Minimum body fat percentage for women
I'm currently a undergraduate student at the University of
Missouri-Kansas City working on my degree in exercise science.
I have a quick question that may be easily solved or it could blow up
into a big debate. here goes: I've heard the the minimum body fat
percentage for a woman is 7%. And that she couldn't go lower then 7% or
she'll die because her body needs the insulation. But I read an article
in Sports Illustrated for Women saying that this woman body builder has
4% body fat. Is that possible??
