Duncan,
If you are looking for Web resources for Black History Month, try searching
Google for 'Black History resources'. Lots of stuff now available, from lots
of different locations. The Library of Congress has Black History materials
as part of the American Memory project, some of which are available on the
Web (Including field recordings of blues and gospel at
http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/ftvhtml/ ).
