I don't know if anyone on the list saw on the Discovery Channel the brain
imaging of Joel Rifkin the convicted serial killer. Well it seems the scans
showed his pre frontal cortex was not functioning rendering him unable to
give in to impulses.
I thought the show was great and that there are advocates such as my two
former professors to see that these people are not put in general prison
population. This opens the door to a new age in criminology.
