Dear Sue

Thanks for your support (And to everyone that has written in and back
channeled me). I feel that the university is being short sighted in their
actions, but accept that they will not change their minds. The sad thing,
for me, is that I believe that such courses are needed more now than
ever. Even the government are starting to recognise the need for
properly trained and educated therapists.
I originally developed the course as a BSc because I believed that
counsellors needed to become more research aware - and I still believe
that. I hope that other uni's that have first degree courses are more
forward looking and continue to support such ventures.
Best wishes
Paul Carney
