I dont htink I have recieved all of the arguments on this for some reason but
form you latest mailing .....
I am in agreement, children need to develop an emotional vocabulary, how many
of us have encountered such emotionally redundant clients and felt sad about
their ignorance.
I still think though, that the contract and boundary setting as well as
'permission giving' apply to children as they do to us in
counselling/psychotherpoay training and work
In his (the teachers) defence he was illuminated by my concerns. I feel
comforted and satisfied to a degree, but (as he said) it is education and not
therpay..but for me the boundaries bleed........
support needs to be in place for the one or two..maybe more...who are an
exception to this.
we should make this known, I feel a social responsibilty here
best wishes
