Hi everyone, I wondered if anyone had ever participated in a team -
building exercise, or if anyone had any ideas or thoughts about this idea!
We are a team of three counsellors, working in primary care, who have spent
the last 6 months working like mad to get a service up and running (which we
have done!), but time has not been spent (apart from case management
meetings and the like - and that has been a bit "hairy" at times!) on
getting to know each other! Sounds a bit like slamming the stable door after
the horse has bolted really, I suppose, but I wondered whether other
counsellors who work in teams spend specific time on building and developing
"the Team" and, if they do, how they do it. Grateful for any response, Joy

problems sending to it. I hope the problem has been solved or will soon be
rectified. I suppose I'll know depending on the response to this email.
